Taylors Yard

Taylors Yard was originally a two-storey office building tucked within a residential mews in Clapham. With a rich history - as a Victorian launderette, a fireworks factory, a builder’s yard, and later an office - it offered the perfect canvas for transformation.

We achieved planning to add an additional floor, creating a four-bedroom, four-bathroom luxury family home. By retaining and celebrating its industrial character—exposed brickwork, Crittall-style windows, and other original features—we transformed the 2,200 sq ft structure into a stylish, contemporary residence that blends heritage with modern comfort.
