Westwood Hill

Our Westwood Hill project began with a 1,800 sqft pastiche Arts and Crafts house in poor condition, set on an underutilised plot overlooking Crystal Palace Park to the front and woodland to the rear.

Located within an Area of Special Character, the site required a detailed and considered planning approach. After a lengthy process, we secured consent for nine new-build apartments (circa 750m²), designed to reflect the surrounding architectural vernacular through carefully proportioned windows, Portland stone detailing, and a sensitively composed roofline.
