Located near the Battersea Arts Centre, Theatre Street will occupy the site of former workshops that will be transformed into eight single-storey eco homes. Each home will feature renewable air source heat pumps, high levels of insulation, and biodiverse wildflower green roofs, ensuring exceptional sustainability and energy efficiency.

Blending industrial character with modern comfort, the homes will include Crittall-style windows, exposed brick walls, and design details that celebrate the site’s industrial heritage.
