Andy is a builder-developer with nearly 30 years of hands-on construction experience. From site analysis and design to the finest on-site details, his expertise ensures every project is built to the highest standard. Andy’s long-standing relationships with joint venture partners and lenders make him an invaluable force in turning complex developments into successful, completed homes.

Laura MacFarlane – Operations Manager

Laura is the organisational backbone of Drewin, bringing over a decade and a half of expertise across all stages of property development. She oversees project management, accounts, and financial monitoring, ensuring every development runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets the company’s exacting standards.

Veronica Marciniak – Design Consultant

Veronica is Drewin’s design visionary, with more than 15 years of experience in luxury residential and hospitality interiors. Having worked with celebrated studios such as David Collins Studio, Banda Property, 1508 London, and SHH Architects, she brings elegance, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to every home Drewin creates.
