Andrew brings a strong commercial perspective, shaped by his background in financial services and his upbringing within the family property development business. He combines strategic insight with practical delivery experience, providing leadership across development finance, risk and return analysis, and site acquisition. Andrew drives the overall vision for each Drewin project and has established strong relationships with joint venture partners, enabling the delivery of schemes that meet exacting design standards while generating attractive returns for investors.

Andy Larkin

Director

Andy is a builder-developer with nearly 40 years of hands-on construction experience. He has successfully guided numerous projects through the full development lifecycle, with a particular strength in managing the construction delivery of Drewin’s developments. His technical expertise and attention to detail ensure that every project is built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Andy’s long-standing relationships with Drewin’s in-house construction team and trusted specialist subcontractors make him instrumental in transforming complex schemes into well-designed, beautifully executed homes.

Laura Macfarlane

Laura is the organisational backbone of Drewin, bringing two decades of expertise across all stages of property development. She oversees project management, accounts, and financial monitoring, ensuring every development runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets the company’s exacting standards.

Veronica Marciniak

Veronica is Drewin’s design visionary, with more than 15 years of experience in luxury residential and hospitality interiors. Having worked with celebrated studios such as David Collins Studio, Banda Property, 1508 London, and SHH Architects, she brings elegance, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to every home Drewin creates.
