Cambridge Road

Our Cambridge Road project involved a traditional Victorian three-bedroom home on a generous plot in Kingston, South West London. The original property occupied only a small portion of the site and had not been modernised since the 1970s.

We obtained planning permission to add a new-build home on the side while fully renovating the existing property. The result: two beautifully proportioned four-bedroom family homes of approximately 1,500 sq ft each, designed to complement the area’s established architectural character.
