Our project ‘Alma’ was formerly a single-storey MOT garage set within the historic Crystal Palace triangle. Sitting on the original site of the Whitbread Brewery, it was sold off in the Victorian era as they expanded. It is situated at the end of a mews only a stones throw from the pubs, antique shops, and restaurants of the triangle.

Due to challenging ground works including a large basement dig out, a protected woodland and awkward access, the site was difficult logistically. But with planning for a building of six 2 bed apartments and a separate office commercial building, and subsequently the conversion of the commercial unit into a further residential unit, we added additional value.
