Our project ‘Cambridge’ was an existing Victorian 3 bed house with a large side and rear garden situated in Kingston, south-west London. The property sat within a fraction of the site and had not been modernised since the ‘70s.

We achieved planning to add an additional new build house on the side, and renovate the existing property to create two x 4 bed family properties of 1,500sqft each to compliment the architecture of the existing building.
